Insurance Plans
We accept the following insurance plans, Ambetter, Aetna, cigna, avmed, united healthcare (not neighborhood), bright health, blue cross blue shield (not blue select) and Florida Blue. To find out if your surgery is covered, you just need to confirm with your policy that it covers bariatric surgery and request the requirements they ask for on your behalf. The doctor's network with medicaid just expired. The endoscopic sleeve is not covered by insurance yet.
